Risk analysis processes
HQbuild SpA has customized the risk analysis process based on the company’s characteristics, following the guidelines of the ANCE 2022 Code of Conduct.
The company identified risks associated with different types of crime, classified as high (e.g. corruption), medium and bass, for integrated internal risk management.
HQbuild SPA has verified that there have been no significant issues regarding the underlying offenses in the last 5 years and that the company carries out standard activities, without production processes that would have required further risk analysis.
Furthermore, the company has developed specific prevention protocols for each risk category, aiming to reduce Residual Risk to a level no higher than low through the correct implementation of management and prevention protocols.
