Compliance with regulations
With regard to regulatory compliance, HQbuild — which brings together in-house design and construction expertise — is accredited and qualified with leading institutions and clients, including ANAC (the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority), the Extraordinary Commissioner for Post-Earthquake Reconstruction, the Governorate of the Vatican City State, as well as the Eni and Enel Groups.
HQbuild’s corporate governance system is based on a one-tier (monistic) administration model, in line with international best practices, which is a key element in ensuring effective management and adequate oversight of the company’s activities. The Board of Directors, made up of three members — two of whom are independent (66.6%) — ensures efficient management, contributing to the creation of value for shareholders while safeguarding the interests of stakeholders, with a strong commitment to integrity and transparency.
Code of Ethics
The company has adopted a Code of Ethics through a resolution of its management body, establishing a set of fundamental rules for the proper conduct of its activities.
Social Responsibility Policy
HQbuild S.p.A. has adopted a Social Responsibility Policy compliant with the requirements of PAS 24000:2022, approved and signed by Top Management. The Policy sets out the principles guiding the Company’s operations with regard to human rights, labour protection, health and safety on construction sites, equal opportunities, integrity in business relations and supply chain engagement. Its implementation is entrusted to the Social Management Representative (RGS) and is subject to annual review as well as periodic internal and external audits.
