Regarding regulatory compliance, the HQbuild and Applied Engineering Group companies are accredited by several relevant institutions.
Including ANAC, the Extraordinary Commissioner for Seismic Reconstruction, the Vatican State, the Vatican Governorate, the ENI SpA Group and the ENEL SpA Group.
HQbuild’s corporate governance system is based on a monistic model of administration, in line with international best practices, and is a key element in ensuring effective management and adequate oversight of corporate activities.
The Board of Directors, composed of three members, two of whom are independent (66.6%), ensures efficient management, contributing to the creation of shareholder value while protecting stakeholder interests, with a strong commitment to integrity and transparency.
