Compliance with regulations
The company has adopted a Code of Ethics by resolution of its own management body, establishing a set of fundamental rules for the proper conduct of its activities.
The Code of Ethics concerns two main aspects:
Behavior in external and internal relationships: The rules establish how the company relates to external stakeholders, collaborators, the market, and the environment, ensuring that every activity is carried out in line with the principles of integrity and respect. Every external collaborator, consultant and interlocutor is required to respect these rules.
Organization and management of the company: The Code of Ethics defines the internal organization and management methods of the company, with the aim of creating an efficient and effective system for scheduling, executing, and controlling activities, thus ensuring constant compliance with rules of conduct and preventing violations.
Furthermore, the Code of Ethics and the Organization and management model for crime prevention extend to staff seconded to subsidiaries or associates, and to companies involved in carrying out the work acquired, ensuring the application of the same rules at all levels of operation of the company

The organizational and management system of the Enterprise is aimed at ensuring efficiency, transparency and compliance with current legislation, in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the adopted Organization and Management Model (MOG).
