Design and Technological Choices

During the renovation:

  • Rigid panels for thermal insulation of facades and roofs have been installed
  • Consolidation of existing elements and rehabilitation of frontals and parapets
  • Installation of new photovoltaic systems with storage battery
  • Restoration and final paintings

The works were completed with finishing and cleaning operations on the construction sites, restoring optimal conditions of use to the property.

Description of Works

During the construction process, every phase was meticulously managed to ensure maximum efficiency and safety on the construction site. Fencing, internal walkways, and temporary electrical systems were installed, implementing safety measures to create a controlled and protected work environment. Subsequently, demolition and dismantling took place: screeds and flooring from balconies and terraces were carefully removed, and cladding, plaster, thresholds, balcony railings, and other façade elements were dismantled, paving the way for the subsequent phases of the project. Next, insulation and consolidation work was carried out, which included the installation of rigid thermal insulation panels for the façades and roof, along with the consolidation of the façades and the repair of the gables and parapets, significantly improving the building’s energy efficiency and stability. At the same time, work was carried out on the building services, including the installation of a photovoltaic system with a storage battery, as well as the restoration of the façade elements and the application of new paintwork, which brought new light to the entire complex. Finally, the completion and finishing works were carried out, followed by the dismantling of the temporary systems and the final cleaning of the construction areas, returning the building to optimal condition and ready for use.
