Anti-corruption and Reporting
Compliance with regulations
The whistleblowing is the process of reporting violations by an employee or collaborator, which occurs within the work environment.
The Enterprise has implemented a procedure for handling reports, in line with the Decree 24/2023, which amends Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 to protect whistleblowers.
The procedure includes:
- Persons entitled to make reports and those enjoying the protective measures provided for by law.
- Conditions for the protection of the reporter, channels for reporting and management methods.
- The preconditions for internal reporting, analysis of the substantiation of reports, and processing of the personal data of the reporter according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Data protection and anonymization, with confidentiality for those authorized to process reports.
- Reporting management involves admissibility, dialogue with the reporter, and evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s Organization and Management Model (MOG)
In the case of anonymous or unfounded reports, disciplinary sanctions are foreseen. The reporting manager is responsible for informing the Supervisory Body (OdV) if the report concerns predicate offences or violations of the Code of Ethics. In addition, the OdV will suggest changes to the MOG if necessary to ensure adequate controls on reported conduct.
