Compliance with regulations
The organizational and management system of the Enterprise is aimed at ensuring efficiency, transparency and compliance with current legislation, in accordance with the Code of Ethics and to the Organization and Management Model (MOG) adopted.
The Model, approved by the manager and in line with the ANCE Code of Conduct, was designed to prevent the commission of crimes that could result in administrative liability under the Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The MOG includes:
- Identification of activities at risk of crime.
- Establishment of protocols to prevent crime, manage financial resources and inform the Supervisory Body.
- Operational and hierarchical controls to monitor compliance with protocols.
- A disciplinary system for sanctioning violations.
- A Supervisory Body with specific powers.
- Whistleblowing management and personalized risk analysis.
The Model is periodically checked and updated in case of violations, organizational or regulatory changes. It is mandatory for all parties involved in the company to comply with the requirements, which are available at the company headquarters and notified to anyone who must follow them.
Anti-corruption and Reporting
The whistleblowing is the process of reporting violations by an employee or collaborator, which occurs within the work environment.
The Enterprise has implemented a procedure for handling reports, in line with the Decree 24/2023, which amends Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 to protect whistleblowers.
