At present, the total workforce stands at 70, all of whom are trained in-house, constituting a strength in personnel management. The company has created a flexible pool of specialized labor, which can be adapted to the needs expected for future projects. This approach has enabled the Group to gain a competitive advantage, since, due to stagnation in the sector in recent years, it is difficult to find highly qualified labor on the market.
The Group adopted innovative organizational models and advanced information systems to optimize the management of orders and improve planning, using integrated techno-economic forecasting models. These tools are essential to boost productivity and to effectively tackle the bidding phase for the award of new projects. Through this approach, the Group has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to adapt in situations of exogenous uncertainties, such as the pandemic and changes in the fiscal environment, combining production, organizational and technological choices to ensure growth and competitiveness.
